Terence Clayton was a gifted Gospel Recording Artist, singer-songwriter, music producer, and former Minister of Music at Mt. Pisgah SDA Church. A proud student of the University of Miami, he dedicated his life to uplifting others through music, ministry, and genuine compassion. Whether on stage, in worship, or among friends, Terence shared his God-given talents with humility and grace.

Known for his radiant smile, contagious laughter, and encouraging spirit, Terence was more than a colleague—he was family. As a valued member of our real estate team, he brought positivity, kindness, and unwavering support to everyone around him. His ability to inspire others and make people feel seen and appreciated will never be forgotten.
